DEADLINE – You have 14 days to replace the purchased product from the date of delivery 



When exchanging a product it must be sent back in the same condition that it was delivered, it cannot be damaged or destroyed, it must not bear any signs of use and it must have original tags, and if possible it must be in its original packaging. 

The replacement product can be any of the products that are found on the WIBs e-shop. 



The exchange procedure may take up to 7 days. The customer bears the costs of returning the goods to the E-shop, while the first shipment of the replaced goods is carried out at the expense of the seller. 



To exchange a product that has been purchased in the WIBS e-shop: 

1.           Complete the replacement form that was sent with the product (if you do not have the form, you can print it here - download form).

2.           Attach the original proof of purchase (if there are other products on the receipt or invoice, then the receipt will be corrected and returned by e-mail) 

3.           Pack the product carefully and protect it 

4.          If the newly ordered product is more expensive than the replaced one, you must pay the difference to the e-shop account:  mBANK 42114020040000390275977164 (in the tile, enter the order number) or indicate CASH ON DELIVERY in the form and the additional payment will be collected from the Buyer by the courier. 

5.           If the newly ordered product is cheaper than the one being replaced, provide the account number to which the difference in payment is to be paid. 

6.           The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to the e-shop 

7.           The replaced product with an attached exchange form, proof of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice), should be sent to the following address:

The e-shop does not accept packages sent at the addressee’s expense or cash on delivery.
