THE EXCHANGE OF A PURCHASED PRODUCT depends on the “good will” of the seller and must be agreed each time with the Customer Service Department, no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.


The exchanged product must be sent back in the same condition in which it was delivered, it cannot be damaged or destroyed, it cannot bear any traces of use and it must have the original tags and, if possible, the original packaging.


The product replacement procedure may take up to 7 days. The customer bears the costs of returning the goods to the e-shop.


To exchange a product purchased in the WIBS e-store:

1. Complete the exchange form that was sent with the product.

2. Attach the original proof of purchase (if there are other products on the receipt or invoice, the receipt will be corrected and sent back by e-mail).

3. Package and secure the product carefully.

4. If the newly ordered product is more expensive than the one being replaced, you should pay the difference to the e-shop account: mBANK 42114020040000390275977164 (entering the order number in the title) or indicate COD on the form and the additional payment will be collected from the Buyer by the courier.

5. If the newly ordered product is cheaper than the replaced one, please provide the account number to which the difference in payment is to be transferred.

6. The customer bears the costs of returning the goods to the e-shop.

7. The exchanged product with the attached exchange form and proof of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice) should be sent to the following address:
